Digital data uploaded onto the AGNE Ltd SFTP server is solely at the user’s risk. The server is not a storage facility; Once the provided data has been used to complete the service to the customer’s remit, AGNE Ltd policy is to delete the data within 28 days.
AGNE Ltd is not responsible for the confidentiality of passwords or access codes relating to any internet services it provides to the Customer.
Please ensure your password is a minimum of 12 characters long and consists of 3 random words.
AGNE Ltd will take every reasonable effort to ensure the security of their SFTP server, however they cannot be held liable for any breaches that may occur.
The user shall be responsible for the confidentiality of any passwords or access codes relating to any Internet services, including SFTP.
AGNE Ltd does not accept liability for any lost or stolen passwords or for unauthorised access to Customer data held on or transferred via any Internet service.
